As a Line Cook/Prep Cook at Au Liban, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high standards of our culinary offerings. Working under the guidance of our Executive Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and executing dishes that showcase the rich and diverse flavors of Lebanese cuisine. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a line cook or prep cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably with exposure to Lebanese or Middle Eastern cuisine.
• Knowledge of traditional Lebanese ingredients, cooking techniques, and flavors is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented setting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and procedures.
• Certification in food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
