Buon Gusto is Currently hiring for all kitchen positions, Garde manger, sauté, pizza and prep.
Buon Gusto is committed to providing the ultimate dinning experience to all of our guests, we pride ourselves on using fresh ingredients to create our family inspired recipes on a daily basis. We are looking for people who have a strong desire to consistently go above and beyond for our guests and continually grow within the field.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Effectively set up production line for the Restaurant ensuring that all menu items are adequately stocked
  • Ensure everything on the line is ready for every service period
  • Prepare all menu items in accordance with Buon Gusto recipes and specifications in a timely manner
  • Maintain a high degree of cleanliness & sanitation, both personally and in the work area
  • Properly handle and store food to prevent spoilage and waste
  • Break down prep line after each meal period
  • Perform any other tasks as directed
  • Recommend ideas, problems, and solutions to improve the productivity of Kitchen
