Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our restaurant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for meal preparation, food service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety in the kitchen.

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist in prepping ingredients such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces
• Ensure all food products are handled, stored, and prepared safely and in accordance with food safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen work environment
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient food production
• Monitor food levels and replenish supplies as needed

• Follow proper sanitation procedures for equipment and work areas

  Experience

• Prior experience working in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred

• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods is beneficial
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
