Responsibilities
  • Assist the chef in preparing the daily menu.
  • Cook and prepare various foods following production guidelines and standardized recipes.
  • Handle cooking of dishes and final touches.
  • Set up the workstation with all necessary ingredients and equipment. Prepare ingredients by measuring, mixing, chopping, cutting, and peeling.
  • Participate in food services.
  • Ensure the good quality of food services and customer satisfaction.
  • Optimize food and labor costs.
  • Ensure programs related to health, safety, hygiene, and food sanitation are followed.
  • Be able to respond to operational needs.
  • Perform any other related duties as needed.
