Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality, consistency, and food safety protocols
• Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients for service
• Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations throughout shifts
• Support the team during busy periods by managing multiple orders with accuracy and speed
• Follow serving guidelines to deliver excellent customer service when interacting with front-of-house staff

Requirements

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Prior experience with in upscale Italian Restaurants

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
