KOTO HIBACHI IS A TAKEOUT HIBACHI AND SUSHI RESTAURANT LOCATED FOUR BLOCKS FROM GUARANTEED RATE FIELD, HOME OF THE CHICAGO WHITE SOX.

We are looking for a Line Cook to join our team to prepare and cook food in a high-volume, professional-level kitchen. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of popular menu items and maintaining the high quality of food that our customers have come to expect. The right individual will be passionate about the culinary arts, have previous experience as a line cook, and love working with others in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow instructions given by the head chef.
  • Prepare food according to recipes and restaurant specifications.
  • Follow health codes and prepare food safely.
  • Prepare side dishes and garnishes.
  • Be able to work as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
