EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and measuring.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
  • Follow food safety guidelines to ensure safe food handling practices.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report needs to management.
  • Help with menu planning and development as required.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
