JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to excellence in meal preparation. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred.
  • Fine dining experience is a plus, showcasing an understanding of high-quality food presentation.
  • Proven background in the food industry with hands-on cooking and food preparation experience.
  • Familiarity with catering services and large-scale meal preparation is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
