You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to prepare ingredients, execute menu items, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. What You’ll Do Prepare and cook menu items to the Chef’s specifications Assist with daily prep, including chopping vegetables, cutting meats, and preparing sauces Execute dishes during service in coordination with the kitchen team Follow prep lists and recipes with accuracy and consistency Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment Support general kitchen duties such as cleaning, sanitizing, and waste removal What We’re Looking For Previous professional kitchen experience preferred, especially on a hot line or grill An understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment Ability to read and execute prep lists efficiently Solid knife skills and attention to detail Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Self-motivated and task-oriented If you’re someone who takes pride in your work, thrives in a busy kitchen, and enjoys being part of a team that delivers great food, we’d love to hear from you.
