We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team in a bustling restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and be eager to contribute to a dynamic kitchen team.

• Assist in food preparation and culinary activities
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food production
• Monitor food stock levels and communicate inventory needs to the Chef
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guideline
