Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations
Support serving staff by ensuring timely delivery of prepared dishes and maintaining cleanliness in work stations
Follow proper food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure freshness
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment by adhering to sanitation standards and cleaning schedules

Requirements

Prior experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety practices
Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Strong understanding of food handling procedures and hygiene standards
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
Basic familiarity with serving protocols and customer service expectations is a plus
Willingness to follow detailed instructions and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety
