Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and possess strong culinary skills to assist in meal preparation and service. Duties: - Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping - Assist in cooking and preparing menu items according to set recipes - Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment - Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served - Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen - Ensure all food and other items are stored properly - Monitor stock levels and communicate with the Head Chef to place orders Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Line Cook/Prep Cook in a kitchen environment - Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling) - Understanding of food safety practices - Experience with kitchen equipment such as knives and slicers - Culinary school diploma is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment If you are passionate about cooking, have experience in the food industry, and enjoy working in a team-oriented atmosphere, we would love to hear from you.
