REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 years experience as a line cook in a restaurant kitchen is preferred
  • Previous experience as a line cook in a full-service restaurant is preferred
  • Previous culinary training is preferred
  • Previous experience working in food service is preferred
    Paravicini’s Italian Bistro was opened in April 2003 by Chef Franco in Colorado Springs. Chef Franco was raised by Italian immigrants in Waterbury, Connecticut. While Franco is a trained chef, and a graduate of Baltimore Culinary College, his love for cooking and cooking style comes from his greatest mentor, his mother Mary Pisani. Responsibilities
  • Understand our Guest-Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
  • Understand the standard operations within a restaurant kitchen
  • Prepare raw ingredients, and follow strict recipes.
  • Use proper portioning techniques.
  • Read tickets to determine what/when items need to be prepared.
  • Use their culinary skills to cook all food to the restaurant’s and Chef’s standard
  • Clean station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces to ensure station is clean and sanitized at all times.
