We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food handling.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Participate in daily kitchen operations, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas.
