Your Role We’re looking for a Line/Prep Cook who loves creating delicious dishes and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen. Assist in prepping ingredients and setting up stations, following recipes and kitchen guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized workspace, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met. Collaborate with your kitchen team, communicating effectively to ensure smooth service during busy shifts. Monitor food stock and supplies, assisting with inventory management and minimizing waste. Work efficiently to meet kitchen demands, ensuring orders are prepared quickly without sacrificing quality. Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks and equipment maintenance as required. What You Bring Previous kitchen experience is a must. A passion for cooking and creating consistently great dishes. Attention to detail and pride in presentation. Ability to work well with a team and support others. Comfort in a fast-paced environment and staying organized under pressure. Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen.
