REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food handling, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of culinary professionals.
  • Experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing restaurant operations effectively.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Bartending experience is a plus for establishments that serve alcohol.
