SUMMARY

As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by preparing high-quality meals and maintaining food safety standards. Reporting to the Head Chef, your core skills in food preparation, cooking, and handling will be critical in delivering delicious dishes to our guests. Your experience in the restaurant and food industry will enable you to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, your ability to serve and collaborate with team members will enhance the overall dining experience, making you a vital part of our culinary team.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards.
  • Ensure proper food handling and safety practices are followed at all times.
  • Assist in meal preparation and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food presentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with food ordering as needed.
  • Provide excellent food service and support during peak hours.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience a bonus but willing to train the right candidate.
  • Valid food handlers certificate.
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
    Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
