SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team at Scores in Saint-Laurent. In this role, you will play a vital part in preparing high-quality meals that align with our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet customer demand.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in menu planning and development as needed.
• Support other kitchen staff as required.

Qualifications * Proven experience as a cook or in a similar role within the food service industry.

• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
