We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests by maintaining excellent food safety standards and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients
  • Ensure all food is cooked properly and presented attractively
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
  • Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
  • Serve dishes promptly and courteously to guests or servers
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours

Requirements

  • Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
  • Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
