Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation of the line
- Maintain inventory of food supplies and notify management when items need to be replenished
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding food preparation, presentation, and sanitation
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced food service or restaurant environment
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and willingness to adhere to them
