JOB OVERVIEW
Responsible for opening, closing, and maintaining all stations on the line and prep areas. Have the ability to prepare all menu items according to the recipe and complete basic food-prepping tasks for a restaurant. Follow proper safety, sanitation, food handling, and cleaning procedures. Operate and maintain all equipment. Assist the Executive and Sous Chefs in receiving, storing, labeling, dating, and rotating products. Make sure the line is stocked and ready for service. Perform all other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
