OVERVIEW

We are seeking a handful of dedicated and skilled Line Cooks/Prep Cooks to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing quality meals and ensuring that all food is handled safely and efficiently. Your passion for the food industry and commitment to excellence will contribute to our restaurant’s success and enhance the dining experience for our guests.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight customers.

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and measuring spices.
• Cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure safe food handling practices are upheld at all times.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
• Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
