Verdicchio Ristorante | Enoteca and Natura Events is hiring a prep cook/line cook who shares our commitment to modern Italian cuisine, sustainable food practices and the ‘eat local’ movement.
Since 1994 we have managed to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to the evolution of the local restaurant industry; we offered wine tutorials, promoted local producers and incorporated local ingredients long before it was trendy to do so. We are proud of our food and we are looking for someone who is both passionate and serious about the culinary arts.
Summary of position:
Prepare and cook antipasti, pasta, soup, meat, fish, seafood and vegetables. Perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all menu item plates.
Qualifications:
25-30 hrs/week
