Our Food & Beverage program is an important part of the member experience and continues to grow and evolve to meet the needs of a dynamic and discerning membership.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a personable and professional Line/Prep Cook to join our team for the upcoming winter season. This role operates out of The Depot Lodge and Base Lodge, where the open-concept kitchens allows for direct interaction with members and guests. You’ll take orders, prepare meals in view of patrons, and ensure a positive, polished dining experience.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys the energy of a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in both culinary execution and customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items to spec in a timely manner
  • Greet and interact with members and guests in a warm, respectful way
  • Take food orders directly at the line and communicate clearly with patrons
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and club standards
  • Assist with prep tasks and kitchen operations as required
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team and support larger F&B events when needed
