Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in food handling and preparation, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in creating delicious meals that satisfy our guests while ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently

Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and standards.
  • Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work Weekends and Holidays.
  • Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety practices is essential.
  • Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team setting.
  • A passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.

Hours of Operation:
Monday to Sunday- 7 am until 3 pm
