Description Position Overview Rail Haus is looking for Line Cooks! We're on the lookout for fun, motivated individuals who love to work in a kitchen & serve high quality fare to hundreds of guests every night. We are a busy beer garden! If you have a love for food, energetic environments and a penchant for guests satisfaction, Rail Haus is the place for you. Weekend availability will be looked at favorably. We are Open 6 days a week! Job Types: Full-time, Part-time We are looking for individuals with availability throughout the week. Weekend availability is a must. Pay: $10.00 an hour plus tips Essential Functions Candidates must be fired-up about hospitality and providing a welcoming experience for our guests. Candidates put the guest first while paying close attention to the details. Rail Haus is entering its second year and we have upped our game. We are packed and the word is out. We host events weekly. LINE COOK: Responsibilities: Maintain clean, safe work stations throughout service and break down at the end of the shift Understand all ingredients as they pertain to each recipe and preparation of each menu item Ensure food quality and consistent presentation Execute high volume food output during peak hours of service Re-stock kitchen supplies for following shift Accept deliveries when necessary, puts inventory away in a timely manner Work well together with other team members Maintain a kind and motivated demeanor Requirements ServSafe or other food handler certification is required. Weekend availability is highly sought
