Description

Di Menna is a busy family-owned Italian restaurant in Saint-Léonard serving dine-in, events, bar service and a simultaneous delivery/takeout operation. As a Line Cook you will:

  • Run a designated hot or finishing station (grill, sauté, pasta, pizza finishing, etc.) during service and deliver consistent, high-quality plates.
  • Read and execute tickets quickly while maintaining correct portions and presentation.
  • Complete mise en place and prep tasks before service; help with inventory rotation and report shortages.
  • Follow sanitation and HACCP/food-safety procedures; maintain a clean, organized station and assist in closing duties.
  • Communicate clearly with the head chef, kitchen team and front-of-house to ensure smooth service during shifts and events.
  • Be available for peak evening and weekend shifts and occasional private events.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
