Responsibilities:
MORE INFORMATION ON THE ROLE:
- Job Environment: On-site only, Indoor kitchen
- Salary: Starting $19.00 to $26.00 per hour
- Supplemental Pay: Gratuity and Event-surcharge payouts
- Ability to commute/relocate: Richmond, BC- reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
The Line Cooks duties are:
- Consistently preparing and delivering scrumptious food.
- Setting up and stocking stations with necessary supplies.
- Food preparation and portioning prior to service.
- Conducting inventory of products before and after each shift
- Cooperating and healthy collaboration with necessary teams involved.
- Preparing banquet meals and assisting in cleaning, as required.
- Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with the standardized recipes, preparation of the correct amounts of all banquet/dining room menu items- i.e. All sauces, cuts of meat, etc.
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment, while complying with Food Safe regulations and safety standards
