Looking for experienced, highly motivated line cook with a minimum of 1 year experience.

Qualifications:

• Provide quality fresh food in a timely manner to guests
• Prepare hot and cold food following chefs recipes and portioning requirements * Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards at work stations
• Ability to work well in a team oriented fast-paced environment
• Follow cleaning schedules, prep-lists and stocking guides
• Adhere to kitchen systems used to control food waste, quality and production * Willingness to learn new skills
• Able to work evenings and weekends
• Must be Serve Safe Certified
