Seeking motivated, talented line cooks, looking to grow with the company, for new opening in midtown NYC.
Projected opening July 16th. Have the chance to work closely Chef Carlo Mirarchi testing and developing a new menu for this opening. Pizza experience preferred but not necessary - we love teaching people that side of the business. Pasta experience also a plus.
Roberta’s in Penn One, soon to be the company’s flagship location, features rooftop dining, an outside tiki bar, raw bar, in house butchery and pasta production, and a location convenient to the Bronx, NJ, LIRR.
