You must be able to maintain a positive work atmosphere and thrive in high-pressure situations. As a line cook, you will be responsible for: Utilizing your culinary talents to prepare and cook great tasting menu items according to established recipes and menu plans. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling techniques. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment. What you Have… Proven experience in the food industry Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Excellent knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Passion for cooking and commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Working Conditions: 1. Employee must be able to lift/handle up to 20 lbs. occasionally 2. Work extended hours during golf and holiday season 3. Work weekends and holidays 4. Physical activity including long periods of standing, walking, bending, 5. Operate food service equipment and clean food service areas 6. Fast paced high traffic areas with a moderate to loud noise level Qualifications
