Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, a passion for cooking, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to RPM Raceway standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies. Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure timely service. Qualifications: Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
