Must be at least 18 years of age (or have valid work permit) Reliable transportation to work Position Summary: The Line Cook is responsible for maintaining food quality & guest satisfaction according to restaurant standards while cleaning, receiving, prepping, and stocking product before, after and during service. This team member has the knowledge of and maintains sanitary food handling practices according to restaurant standards and the Health Code. Responsibilities

The Line Cook is responsible for maintaining food quality and guest satisfaction by cleaning, receiving, prepping, and stocking products before, during, and after service according to restaurant standards. This team member must also maintain sanitary food handling practices according to the Health Code and interact positively with guests and team members.
