REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

·Experience working in kitchens in the service industry
·Experience in food preparation
·Similar fast-paced environment and atmosphere
·Demonstrated skills in restaurant kitchen operations

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

·Deliver uncompromising high standards of service to meet/exceed expectations of all parties
·Prepare each recipe to Shoeless Joe’s specs and procedures in a timely manner
·Ability to coordinate cooking times appropriately; develop and maintain necessary level of speed
·Ensure food quality and safe food handling at all times
·Maintain good personal hygiene practices at all times; general cleanliness and sanitation
·Monitor and minimize waste through careful planning and flawless execution
·Team player; demonstrate sense of urgency and ability to maintain composure under pressure
·Demonstrate sports knowledge and promote current community/sporting events
·Company and Legislative compliance

Minimum 1 years of Line Cook experience needed. Pay and benefits are negotiable based on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
