JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Line Cook at Skycafe, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes to our customers. You will work alongside our kitchen team to prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to Skycafe’s standards. Your attention to detail, ability to work in a fast paced environment and keep an organised work station will provide our customers a great experience.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• No formal qualifications required.
• Experience as a Line Cook or similar role is preferred but full training will be given.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet Skycafe’s expectations.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
