MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) in English.
  • Ability to understand and follow directions from others.
  • Ability to perform basic math functions.
  • At least 6 months of previous restaurant experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level.
  • Ability to move items up to 50 lbs. for distances up to 25 feet.
  • Ability to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift.
  • Ability to tolerate exposure to cold (below 0°F) and hot (above 140°F) temperatures throughout the shift.
  • Ability to see, hear, understand, and respond to Staff Members’ requests in a loud environment.
  • Skill and coordination at using hands to perform kitchen duties, such as cutting vegetables and preparing menu items.
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Practices proper time reporting (i.e. Clocks in and out).

  • Arrives at work on time, dressed and ready to work.
  • Is neat and well-groomed for every shift and in immaculate and proper work attire.
  • Demonstrates spirit at all times to Guests and Staff Members
  • Understands and adheres to all safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures.
  • Provides complete and timely communication to other Staff Members throughout the shift.
  • Is prepared to conduct weekly maintenance duties
  • Completes all assigned tasks and duties requested by managers.
  • Asks for assistance when needed.
  • Maintain a positive, even-tempered and level-headed attitude which is conducive to the overall ease of daily operation of the kitchen
  • Keeps entire station clean at all times. (e.g., counters, floors, cutting boards, grill, stove, sink).
