As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing and executing quality meals in a timely and consistent manner. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys cooking, works well under pressure, and takes pride in delivering a great dining experience. Whether you're working on the grill, sauté, fry, or prep station, you'll contribute to a teamoriented kitchen known for consistency, cleanliness, and high standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and quality expectations Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout service Assist with food prep, stocking, and restocking as needed Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner during busy service periods Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Assist with daily kitchen cleaning tasks, deep cleaning, and closing procedures Support kitchen team with banquet and event prep as needed Report low stock levels or equipment issues to supervisors Why Work at Talking Stick Golf Club?
