This is a unique opportunity to join our the Highlands Ventures LLC team at our Highlands Sporting Clays Grille located in the beautiful Laurel Highlands. Highlands Sporting Clays Grille is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated and passionate individuals to join the Food and Beverage team. The hired candidate will have the opportunity to work at one of the most beautiful facilities in the industry. A glimpse of the menu and you will find a variety of appetizers, sandwiches, entrees and desserts ranging from truly classic American to the completely unexpected. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Prepares, washes, and cuts food to be cooked. Prepares and cooks food according to instructions provided on food order slips or through verbal directions; verifies the quality and quantity of all orders. Multi tasks by cooking several different orders at once, ensuring that all items are prepared in accordance with customer instructions. Operates large-volume cooking equipment such as griddles, grills, or deep fryers. Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils. Supervisory Responsibilities None Qualifications Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to function productively in a fast-paced environment ServSafe certification is a plus but not required Advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices Excellent knowledge of back-of-the-house, ordering, and inventory systems Available to work on-call, shifts, after hours, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
