The Line Cook works closely with other kitchen staff to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, contributing to a smooth service flow. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential, as the role involves managing multiple orders simultaneously during busy periods. Ultimately, the Line Cook helps create a positive dining experience for guests by delivering consistently high-quality meals. Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. * Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. * Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
