Our Golf Club is seeking motivated and cook to join our food and beverage team. The perfect candidate will be reliable, friendly, professional and have a intrinsic desire to deliver happiness through their food.

QUALIFICATIONS

SmartServe and Food Handlers Certification
Past experience with a wood-fired pizza oven, smoker, and charcoal grill considered an asset
Must be available 4-6 days per week for the golf season

Responsibilities

Report to the Catering Manager and Operations Manager
Prepare and cook made-to-order menu items
Keep a tidy and clean workspace in accordance to public health standards
Responsible for the food safety and storage of inventory
Service special events and tournaments - occasionally outdoors - but mostly indoors
Assist with ordering and managing inventory including food packaging
Maintain good relations with our customers
Build and deliver weekly specials for our golf leagues
