Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Cleans and maintains work area, kitchen, pots, pans, utensils, implements, equipment and all storage areas
  • Organize buffets and banquets
  • Manage kitchen operations

Qualifications:

  • Food Safety Certificate is required
