This role plays an important part in providing nutritious, well-balanced meals that support the health and happiness of our residents. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook meals according to posted menus and dietary guidelines Follow special diets and texture modifications as ordered (low sodium, diabetic, mechanical soft, etc.) Ensure all meals are prepared and served on time Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment Follow proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures Assist with inventory, food rotation, and kitchen organization Work collaboratively with dietary staff, caregivers, and leadership Treat residents with respect, patience, and kindness at all times Why Join Us?
