We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Supervisor to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook/Supervisor , you will play a crucial role in meal preparation and food service, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of excellence. Candidates will also have an opportunity to fill roles of supervisor and kitchen manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is required.
  • Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food handling practices.
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Management experience is necessary.
