REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Prepares items and dishes as per service and plating guide.
  • Always ensures the highest standard of cleanliness, and works proactively to reduce waste, while maintaining the highest quality of food served.
  • Ensure compliance with provincial health and food/beverage service regulations.
  • Ensures stock rotation (FIFO), supports inventory management processes.
  • Participates in regular deep cleaning schedule and ad hoc kitchen hygiene responsibilities as directed.
  • Maintain great communication with team members and manager.
  • Minimum 1 year restaurant and/or food production/preparation experience.
  • Minimum Food Safe Level 1 (or higher)
  • Carry out any other tasks and duties as assigned.
