REQUIREMENTS

  • Familiarity with various cooking techniques and equipment used in meal preparation.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.

  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations.
  • Follow food safety guidelines, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
  • Assist in the inventory management of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours.
  • Participate in meal preparation, including chopping, marinating, and seasoning ingredients.
  • Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety practices.
