Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards set by the head chef.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality and presentation standards.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations, including cleaning and organizing work areas.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
  • Help train new kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques and safety practices.
