JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a focus on delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and presentation. In this role you will get to work hands on with the owner/head chef to regularly learn new skills.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably as a Line Cook or similar position within the food industry.
  • Fine dining experience is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of menu planning and catering services is advantageous.
  • Strong skills in cooking techniques, food preparation, and food service operations.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
