OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of cooking experience in a similar pub setting. Brunch experience is preferred but not required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a cook in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • A passion for cooking and a desire to learn new culinary skills.

Responsibilities
