We are seeking a skilled and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing menu items according to recipes and quality standards, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety practices are followed at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
  • Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area
  • Handle food safely and comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Assist with receiving, rotating, and properly storing food and kitchen supplies
  • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
    Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
    Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 16 – 25 per week
