OROLO Restaurant at the TIME Family of Wines, located in downtown Penticton is looking for individuals who are passionate about food to join our team! We are considered one of the pioneering brands with a rich history in hospitality, the journey continues with OROLO, an exciting restaurant & cocktail bar providing connections to our guests and the beautiful region we call home. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Strong team player
  • Cool under pressure
  • Knowledge of local ingredients is a plus!
  • Ability to stand 8 hours
  • Willingness to comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
    Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Report to Restaurant Chef
  • Preparation and production of menu items
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Maintain prep levels and par stocks
  • Write thorough and accurate prep and order lists
  • Maintain above average cleanliness and hygiene
  • Ensure safe operation of kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain above required cleaning and sanitation
  • Maintain positive communication and relationships with all staff, guests, and management.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and appearance; on and off the clock.
  • Ensuring the privacy of staff, guests, and company
  • Perform other duties as required
